Blairstown Fourth is a full-day event at Footbridge Park with festivities beginning at 10:30am. We are delighted to welcome vendors to join us at our celebration. By having a booth at Blairstown Fourth you expose your business or organization to approximately 3,000 attendees! Booth availability is limited and screening is done to avoid duplicate vendors. All food and marketplace vendors and exhibitors must be pre-approved through the Blairstown Fourth Committee.

All food vendors, regardless if they are charging, are required to submit an application for approval to the Warren County Health Department.

The application must be completed and submitted to the Warren County Health Department at least 30 days prior to the Blairstown Fourth event.

Where can I park?

Handicap and Vendor parking is supplied in the lot above the park on a first come, first serve basis. Please observe all posted regulations and designated passing areas for Emergency Vehicles. Additional parking is available behind the Alpine Deli and at Blairstown Elementary / Fire Deptartment on Stillwater Road.

Do I need a Health Permit?

Anyone who prepares or serves food requires a Health Permit. Please contact the Warren County Health Department, 908-475-7960. An application form may be found here: Health Permit Application.

Do I need a Fire Permit?

Any open flame, including gas grills, require a Fire Permit and approved extinguisher. Propane tanks must be anchored. Please contact the NJ DCA Bureau of Fire Safety, 609-633-6103. An application form may be found here: Fire Permit Application.

What time can should I arrive?

All vendors are required to be set up and have vehicles in an approved parking area no later than 10:00 AM.

What time can I break down my exhibit?

Vendors may break down at any time, but vehicles may not enter the park before 4:30 PM.

How do I register?

Interested vendors must complete and submit a 2017 Vendor Registration Form along with their payment. Space is limited and early registration provides you with an opportunity to request your location. An application form may be found here: Vendor Application.

For your convenience, we offer several designated parking areas for attendees and vendors.
